Don’t make excuses for failing to exercise

Any exercise is better than no exercise at all. Take the stairs instead of the elevators. Use the exit stairways inside hotels when a hotel happens to not have a gym, go up four or five flights and go down the same number. Do pushups and situps inside your hotel room. Keep moving on escalators. Get creative in finding ways to get your exercise in safely and consistently.
